The Feminine Care Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Analyst to support the Front Store Merchandising organization. Responsibilities include shaping customer experiences across 7,000+ stores, leveraging analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, and optimizing merchandising strategies. The role requires strong prioritization, relationship-building, and self-management skills, with a focus on innovation and driving strategic change.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong, credible and trusted cross-functional relationships
Influence with and without authority to drive business outcomes
Prioritize tasks to focus on the most impactful work and adjust strategies as needed
Self-direct and drive portfolio work with minimal supervision
Analyze sales trends and market opportunities
Deliver thoughtful, innovative recommendations
Develop presentations for Senior Category Manager and DMM leadership
Requirements:
3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
3+ years’ experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
3+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers & clients
Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Travel- up to 15% travel may be required, based on needs of the business
