Job Responsibility:

Diligently identify, source, and select merchandise that aligns with the company’s brand and meets customer preferences
Coordinate relevant departments and support teams to execute initiatives from the marketing calendar
Accurately analyze sales data to forecast future trends, making informed decisions to optimize merchandise planning
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning
Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and refine merchandising strategies
Continuously evaluate the performance of merchandise strategies, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

5-8 years working experience in merchandising role
Solid experience in managing Toys/collectible categories
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and decisions
