Job Description:

Develop and execute marketing strategies, support sales and technical teams, analyze market conditions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and enable portfolio expansion within the Pharmaceuticals Business.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies
Collaborate with sales and technical teams
Engage with cross-functional teams for strategy implementation
Maintain and build relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations
Share global and regional marketing best practices

Requirements:

Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy
Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications
Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level
Analyse competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for Pharmaceuticals Business
Engage cross-functional team members to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long-term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team
Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion, if needed
Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensure that common goals are set and delivered
Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Baxter and share best practices as required
Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned
