Job Description:

Responsible for soliciting and managing reservations sales-related opportunities, providing training to staff, and driving customer loyalty through service excellence. The role involves understanding market trends, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Soliciting and managing reservations sales-related opportunities
Managing and providing training to Reservations Sales staff
Actively up-selling each business opportunity
Achieving personal and team revenue goals
Driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence
Providing service to grow share of the account
Understanding markets and maximizing revenue
Conducting daily reservations sales activities
Providing exceptional customer service
Managing and conducting human resource activities
Creating contracts as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
no work experience required
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
