Job Description:

The Microsoft 365 Portfolio & Requirements Manager is responsible for strategically developing and managing the Microsoft 365 service portfolio at Bosch. This role ensures the proper implementation of major changes and the onboarding of new products and services. Key responsibilities include defining a suitable framework for onboarding, providing up-to-date information on M365 solutions, evaluating new products for potential use, prioritizing customer requirements, and preparing portfolio decisions. Additionally, the role involves consulting and supporting Product and Service Managers during the onboarding phase, monitoring onboarding activities to ensure they meet time, budget, and quality standards, and creating overall M365 roadmaps.

Job Responsibility:

Strategically developing and managing the Microsoft 365 service portfolio
Ensuring proper implementation of major changes and onboarding of new products and services
Defining a suitable framework for onboarding
Providing up-to-date information on M365 solutions
Evaluating new products for potential use
Prioritizing customer requirements
Preparing portfolio decisions
Consulting and supporting Product and Service Managers during the onboarding phase
Monitoring onboarding activities to ensure they meet time, budget, and quality standards
Creating overall M365 roadmaps

Requirements:

Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 Platform
Ability to combine technical and business perspectives
Deep understanding of business requirements and how IT solutions support customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, German is a plus
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions
Intra-disciplinary and proactive cooperation with different teams and Business Units
