Job Description:

This school is affiliated with IB/Edexcel and IPSIS and offers the American curriculum from KG to Grade 12, also providing the option for IGCSE, A-Levels, and IBDP in high school. The school promotes strong language offerings with English and Arabic compulsory, as well as French from Grade 1. The position involves delivering lessons aligned with curriculum standards, fostering inclusive environments, and supporting professional development and extracurricular activities.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the US curriculum, IGCSE, or IB requirements
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success
Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor of Education or Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject plus a PGCE (or equivalent)
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience upwards preferred
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and creative teaching approach
Commitment to extra-curricular contributions
Understanding of the principles of inclusive education and supporting students with special educational needs
