Job Description:

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Northampton is seeking a talented Mixed Tax Manager (Advisory) to join their dynamic tax team. This role is predominantly focused on corporate tax advisory, with exposure to personal tax matters, making it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to develop their expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Providing expert corporate tax advisory services to a broad client base
Offering strategic tax planning solutions, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions
Managing tax compliance reviews and identifying areas for improvement
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the tax team
Liaising with HMRC and other professional advisors on tax matters

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong tax experience
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, with exposure to personal tax beneficial
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
