Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, educate customers, and recommend solutions. Associates undergo training and develop skills to grow into the Mobile Expert role, with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing in-store demonstrations
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's network and services
Completing training on T-Mobile processes, systems, and resources
Establishing relationships with team members to support initiatives
Resolving customer issues and identifying small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
