Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to deliver the T-Mobile brand experience. They build energy, enthusiasm, and deep connections with customers to recommend and sell devices and services. This role includes on-the-job training, selling to retail customers, and leveraging digital tools to provide a seamless experience. The position focuses on customer needs, teamwork, and contributing to an inclusive store environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Skilled with and consistently uses digital tools
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identify and handoff small business leads
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
