Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life as brand ambassadors. They are passionate about technology, build significant connections with customers, and work to uncover customer needs to recommend solutions. This is a learning role with on-the-job training required.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
Helps customers pick up where they left off
Provides hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Performs side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions
Approaches service and sales with composure and compassion
Uses digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plans
Completes training on in-store experience and new processes
Establishes relationships with other T-Mobile employees
Collectively owns the customer experience and resolves issues
Identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work with peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
