Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to represent T-Mobile by creating energy and excitement. They build relationships with customers while educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This position involves learning and development to prepare for the next role as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
establishing relationships with teams across channels to own the customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
