Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services, driving sales, and creating significant connections with customers. This role involves learning, growing, and building expertise in customer service and sales, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and developing skills needed to advance to the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans
approaching service and sales with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services
completing training on in-store experience, skills, and processes
seeking information and learning new innovations in wireless and technology
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to own customer experience and resolve issues
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
