Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building connections with customers, demonstrating services, and providing personalized solutions. This role involves continuous learning, sales, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helps customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
Approaches service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Uses digital tools actively to demonstrate ever-expanding coverage and fast LTE network
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new systems, and processes
Seeks out information between customers on shift
Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolves issues creating a seamless environment
Identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
