Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to represent the T-Mobile brand, build customer relationships, and provide personalized solutions. This role focuses on building proficiency in sales and customer service, with opportunities for career growth and advancement to the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized device and service solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
consistently using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on in-store experience, systems, and processes
seeking information on wireless and technology innovations
partnering with T-Mobile employees across business and customer service channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers and resolving issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
