Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement around products and services. They educate and recommend device and service solutions, deepen customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment to prepare for advancement as Mobile Experts.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
Learning about innovations in wireless and technology
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and create a seamless environment
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
