Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology and customer connections in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on building proficiency, providing world-class customer experiences, and deepening customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, T-Mobile services/plans
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems and processes
Learning about innovations in wireless and technology
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
