Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around T-Mobile's products and services, providing world-class customer experiences and building loyalty. They engage customers by helping them explore personalized device and service solutions. This role involves serving and selling to T-Mobile customers, leveraging digital tools, participating in team initiatives, and learning new processes and systems.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
