Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of a Retail Team of Experts focused on bringing the T-Mobile brand to life through energy and excitement around products and services. This is a learning role preparing associates for promotion to Mobile Expert. Responsibilities include serving customers, selling devices and service plans, and building customer relationships. Training is provided during the first 90 days, after which associates can earn incentives based on performance. Benefits include medical, retirement savings, stock options, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing training on systems and processes
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
