Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as Retail brand ambassadors to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile’s products and services. This role requires interacting with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. Team collaboration and proactive skill-building are integral to the position, alongside opportunities for promotion and professional growth. Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off
Exploring individual needs
Providing hands-on demonstrations
Side-by-side selling
Providing personalized solutions
Using digital tools in interactions
Onboarding customers
Completing training
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
