Job Description:

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services while thriving in a fast-paced environment, connecting with customers, and building relationships. The role requires completing new employee training and mastering digital tools.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
selling personalized solutions beyond devices
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
