Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services while establishing meaningful connections with customers. Successful associates complete new training, continuously develop skills, and partner with colleagues to create a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience
Helps customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic plans and devices
Uses digital tools to actively demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completes training on in-store experience and new skills
Establishes relationships and partners with other T-Mobile employees to own the customer experience and resolve issues

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
