Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life and building energy and excitement around its products and services. They build relationships with customers, demonstrate technology solutions, and participate in training to grow their skills and knowledge while advocating for customer needs and ensuring a world-class experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding
establishing relationships with employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passion for customer advocacy
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
