Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services. They build relationships with customers, demonstrate expertise, and recommend device and service solutions. This role involves continuous learning and training to prepare for growth within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
Completing training on T-Mobile systems and processes
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
