Job Description:

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, establish significant connections with customers, and recommend personalized solutions. This role includes on-the-job training, which prepares associates for promotion and annual incentives based on performance.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and create a seamless experience
Successfully identify and hand off small business leads
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
