Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, immerse themselves in connections with customers, and educate them on device and service solutions. This role requires continuous skill-building, successful completion of employee training, and collaboration with T-Mobile employees across channels.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to actively demonstrate coverage and plans
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolving customer issues and creating a seamless experience
Identifying and handing off small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
