Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology, thrive in fast-paced environments, and build connections with customers. This role involves hands-on demonstrations, side-by-side selling, using digital tools, and supporting team initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile systems and processes
Learning about innovations in wireless and technology
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
