Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, building energy around T-Mobile products and services. The role entails exploring customer needs, selling devices, personalized solutions, and leveraging technology enthusiasm while building relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey
exploring customer needs and demonstrating latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on systems and processes
establishing relationships to improve customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
