Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life for customers, building energy and excitement around products and services, and becoming proficient in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class experience and hands-on demonstrations of technology. They complete training and use digital tools to actively engage customers and resolve issues, creating seamless experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers
Helps customers continue their shopping journey
Provides hands-on demonstrations of technology
Sells personalized solutions beyond the basics
Uses digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
Completes training on T-Mobile systems and processes
Builds relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Identifies and hands off small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
