Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building significant connections with customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending solutions. This position includes training, developing expertise in the latest technology, and collaborating with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools consistently to demonstrate expanding coverage
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and create seamless experiences
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
