Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team at T-Mobile to bring its brand to life by building energy around products and services. Passionate about technology, they connect and deepen relationships with customers, recommending personalized solutions. Mobile Associates receive training to prepare for career growth as Mobile Experts. T-Mobile fosters a team environment, encourages collaboration, and provides opportunities for professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Building proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class experience
helping customers continue their shopping journey either online, through customer care or in-store
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
selling personalized solutions including devices, service plans, and accessories
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile systems and processes
collaborating with team members across different channels to improve customer experience and resolve issues
identifying and handing off small business leads.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders and balance customer needs and performance goals
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it.

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience preferred.
