Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, focus on customer connections, uncover customer needs, and develop expertise for personalized solutions. They contribute to a seamless customer experience and actively learn and build skills in wireless and sales innovations. The role includes training and development opportunities to prepare for advancement.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling of personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions
completing training on T-Mobile experience and systems
building relationships and assisting in customer experience resolution
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and contributing to an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
