Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy around products, cultivate customer relationships, demonstrate technology, and sell personalized solutions. They leverage digital tools during interactions, complete new employee training, and support team initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
selling to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan
using digital tools to demonstrate LTE network coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and knowledge of systems
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
