Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, immerse themselves in customer relationships, and build expertise in uncovering customer needs and recommending solutions while preparing for growth into the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing in-store demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and related skills
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
