Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services, providing hands-on demonstrations, selling personalized solutions, and consistently learning and innovating in a fast-paced environment. Mobile Associates are required to complete new employee training successfully and build proficiency in serving and selling to customers.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond bare-bones device and service plans
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
learning about innovations in wireless and technology
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
