Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are ambassadors responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, educate them on solutions, and recommend products while exceeding their sales targets. Employees receive on-the-job training, access to incentive pay, and a robust benefits package, including medical coverage, paid time off, stock purchase plans, and employee discounts. As part of T-Mobile's retail sales team, associates learn and grow while creating exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Recommend wireless solutions, and onboarding solution centric to helping customers understand self-serve solutions
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products and processes
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Perform skills practicing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build relationships with customers to further sales activity
Capture referrals, manage Be Back processes
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams for customer support
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
