Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the T-Mobile Retail Team responsible for creating energy and excitement around T-Mobile's products and services at National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend tailored solutions while meeting performance targets. This role requires passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Perform opening and closing procedures and report any lost keys or assets to the manager
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
Follow up with customers, manage potential sales opportunities, and capture referrals
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to share best practices
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
