Job Description:

Mobile Associates are essential to T-Mobile's retail team, engaging with customers and leveraging digital tools to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Associates undergo training, build rapport with customers, and drive sales activity while continuously learning new skills.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engaging with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions
leveraging digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
completing training on T-Mobile processes and systems
building rapport and trust with customers
driving sales activity
performing store operations and handling kiosk security procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence
