Job Description:

Mobile Associates are key members of T-Mobile's Retail Team, responsible for bringing the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify needs, recommend solutions, and deliver exceptional service while excelling in sales and meeting performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools, effective communication, and educating customers
Leverages digital self-serve tools during onboarding to deepen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, including products, processes, and store operations
Builds rapport and trust with customers, follows up with potential buyers and drives sales activity
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
