Mobile Associates are integral to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions while leveraging digital tools and self-serve resources. The role includes achieving performance targets, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
Demonstrates and recommends T-Mobile products and services to customers
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
Partners with nearby store locations to onboard customers and perform store operations
Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
