Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of T-Mobile's Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, proactively engage with customers, provide exceptional experiences, and meet quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
Partners with nearby store locations to properly on-board customers
Performs price overrides for specialty offers
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
