Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, build energy and excitement around products, connect with customers, and recommend device and service solutions. Responsibilities include serving, selling, completing training, leveraging digital tools, and supporting team initiatives while promoting inclusivity.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers in their shopping journey
exploring customer needs
providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
utilizing digital tools in customer interactions
completing training on T-Mobile systems and processes
making the most of time on shift by learning
creating seamless customer experiences
identifying and supporting small business leads
partnering across channels for team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers
effective balancing of customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
