Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team at T-Mobile to bring the brand to life by creating connections with customers, selling products and services, and participating in on-the-job training. Responsibilities include assisting customers, building relationships, completing training, and contributing to an inclusive and productive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
making the most of time on shift by seeking information
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees to create a seamless experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
