Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of T-Mobile’s Retail Team to build energy and excitement around products and services. They are brand ambassadors passionate about the connected world and focus on uncovering customer needs to recommend solutions. They actively learn, participate in training, and partner with colleagues across channels to create a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Learn about innovations in wireless technology
Establish relationships and partner with other T-Mobile employees
Successfully identify and hand off small business leads
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
