Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to serve and sell to customers while connecting with and learning about their needs to recommend device and service solutions. The role requires adaptability, customer focus, and proficiency-building in a fast-paced technological environment.

Job Responsibility:

Serving and selling to customers while providing world-class customer experience
helping customers pick up where they left off
exploring customer needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
selling solutions beyond the basic device and service plan
using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile coverage and services
creating a seamless environment to resolve issues
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
