Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, serving and selling to customers while continuously building skills and expertise. They build relationships, provide technology demonstrations, and offer personalized solutions while working alongside peers and learning through training.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
