Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life through energy and excitement. They build relationships with customers, recommend solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves learning and growing through hands-on experience, digital tool utilization, and collaboration with peers and team leaders.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage
Completes training on in-store experience and new skills
Builds relationships with team members across customer service and business sales channels
Successfully identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
