Job Description:

This position involves engaging with customers in high-traffic environments, identifying customer needs, recommending T-Mobile solutions, and meeting quality sales metrics. Mobile Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving through training and collaboration with nearby stores.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, and showcase T-Mobile solutions
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions for customers
Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Partner with nearby store locations for onboarding customers
Perform skills practicing, store operations, and opening/closing procedures
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
Follow up with customers and manage referrals

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate
Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
