Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services in a fast-paced retail environment. They focus on serving and selling to customers, recommending personalized solutions and staying updated on wireless innovations.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and network benefits
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
seeking out information on innovations in wireless and technology
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees to resolve issues
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
