Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging customers effectively to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions, and leveraging digital tools to facilitate onboarding and self-serve processes. They build and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases T-Mobile solutions
leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding
identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
provides exceptional service and exceeds customer expectations
completes training on T-Mobile products and processes
partners with nearby store locations to onboard customers
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
