Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers to recommend solutions and deepen relationships, while thriving in a high-traffic, evolving environment. Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer experiences, exceed sales targets, and complete training to grow into the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools to communicate, educate, and showcase T-Mobile solutions
identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
complete training on T-Mobile’s products, skills, and resources
perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
build relationships with customers and nearby leadership to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in sales
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
